At Backyard Bats, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom baseball bats tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, the following policies apply:

No Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges
Custom orders are final. It is the customer's responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all custom selections before completing the checkout process. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. -
Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all custom selections, including design, engraving, and specifications, are correct before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be accommodated. -
Support for Issues with Your Custom Product
If you encounter an issue with your custom bat or believe the order was not made to the selected specifications, please contact our Backyard Bats Customer Support Team. We will work with you to address any discrepancies. -
Color Variations and Screen Display
Please note that color shades may vary slightly from what is displayed on-screen due to monitor differences and production variances. We strive to match your selections as closely as possible, but slight differences may occur. -
Color Fading
Color fading over time is a natural process and is not covered under our manufacturer warranty. -
Mock-Up Representation
Custom design mock-ups are provided for reference only. Any discrepancies between the mock-up image and the selections you made will default to the selections specified in your order, not the mock-up image.
